How to Export WhatsApp Group Contacts and Numbers to Excel

WhatsApp groups can contain customers, members, students, resellers or community contacts. When you are authorized to work with that information, an organized spreadsheet is easier to review than copying member details one by one.

1. Open the target group in WhatsApp Web

Make sure the group you want to work with is the active conversation before starting the export workflow.

2. Start Group Export

The scanner processes the available group members and attempts to resolve the contact information exposed through your WhatsApp Web session. The amount of available information can vary from one member to another.

3. Export the resolved list to Excel

When processing is complete, the available names and phone numbers can be written to an XLSX file. Review the output before using it in a customer, membership or operational workflow.

Free vs Lifetime Pro

Free users can export up to 5 available group contacts. Lifetime Pro users can use unlimited group contact export, subject to the information actually available in WhatsApp Web.

Privacy and responsible use

Group membership does not automatically mean every member has agreed to marketing or unrelated contact. Use exported information only for purposes you are authorized to perform, follow applicable privacy rules and avoid unsolicited or abusive messaging.
